Endeavor Talent Agency is one of the Big Five, the big five talent agencies in Hollywood. In addition to their California headquarters, Endeavor also maintains an office in New York City. Its marketing division, of which Interpublic owns a minority stake, packages third party content for distribution, like Queer Eye for the Straight Guy for Scout Productions, Alias and Joan of Arcadia. Finding good gigs for Hollywood talent is a huge endeavor. The Endeavor Agency helps by representing celebrities, many are famous for their TV work, including David E. Kelly (creator of Ally McBeal and The Practice), Aaron Sorkin (creator of The West Wing), Jennifer Garner (star of Alias), Tina Fey (former writer of Saturday Night Live), and documentary filmmaker Michael Moore (Sicko, Fahrenheit 9/11). Other clients include Reese Witherspoon, Jude Law, Martin Scorsese, Matt Damon, and Adam Sandler. Endeavor formed when a group of agents left ICM in 1995. Interpublic owns a minority stake in the firm's marketing arm.
