Last night the TAG team put our teamwork skills to the test at Escape Rooms X, where we had 60 minutes to escape a locked “mafia hideout” using nothing but our wits and innovation. With the puzzles getting more and more challenging, the rooms getting smaller and smaller, and the clock running down, nerves flashed as failure loomed over us all. Against all odds, we succeeded in getting out with two minutes to go. We owed our escape to working smarter (not faster), leaning on each other to work toward a common goal and efficiently identifying each of our best strengths to get there. Ever wondered what your team’s strengths are, or where you can improve in high-pressure situations?
